1. Who we are

capital.vina.trade is published by Vina Blockchain Capital, the venture and digital-asset investment arm of THiG — Thi Holding Investment Group, operated by Vinathis Corporation ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at capital@vinathis.com.

You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own information and for legitimate business evaluation of a possible relationship with us. You may not:

4. Submissions and confidentiality

When you send us a project, deck, data room or other material, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that doing so does not breach any obligation you owe to a third party.

We treat submissions as confidential and share them internally only with the people who need to evaluate them. However, we do not sign non-disclosure agreements before the screening stage. Please do not send material you cannot share on that basis. Once a project moves into diligence we are happy to enter into a mutual confidentiality agreement.

We review many opportunities and may already be evaluating, or may later evaluate or invest in, a business similar to yours. Nothing in these terms restricts our ability to do so, provided we do not use your confidential information in doing it. Sending us a submission does not create any obligation to invest, to respond within a particular time, or to enter into any agreement.

If you send us ideas, feedback or suggestions about our website or business, you grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual right to use them without restriction or compensation.

5. Nature of the content

The website is published for general information only. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, digital asset or fund interest, and it is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Any investment relationship arises only under separate written documentation and after the eligibility and compliance checks that apply in your jurisdiction.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or the use of this website are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
