Risk disclosure and legal disclaimer

Please read this page before relying on anything published on capital.vina.trade. It sets out what this website is, what it is not, and the risks involved in the activities we describe.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. No offer, no solicitation, no advice

This website is published by Vina Blockchain Capital, part of THiG — Thi Holding Investment Group, for general information only. Nothing on it constitutes:

  • an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, digital asset, token, fund interest or other financial instrument;
  • investment, legal, tax, accounting or any other professional advice;
  • a personal recommendation, and it takes no account of your objectives, financial situation or needs;
  • a promise, guarantee or projection of any return.

Any investment relationship with us would arise only under separate written documentation, after eligibility, KYC and AML checks appropriate to your jurisdiction. If you need advice, please consult an independent, appropriately licensed professional in your own country.

2. Risks of digital assets and early-stage investing

The activities described on this website carry a high degree of risk, including the risk of losing all of the capital involved. In particular:

Digital assets

  • Extreme volatility. Prices can move by very large percentages in a single day and can fall to zero.
  • Technology risk. Smart contracts may contain defects; protocols may be exploited, halted or forked.
  • Custody risk. Loss, theft or compromise of private keys is usually irreversible; there is no deposit insurance.
  • Counterparty risk. Exchanges, bridges, custodians and lenders can fail, freeze withdrawals or be sanctioned.
  • Liquidity risk. Quoted prices may not be achievable in size; markets can become one-sided without warning.
  • Regulatory risk. Legal treatment differs by country and changes frequently, sometimes with immediate effect.

Early-stage companies

  • Failure is the base case. Most early-stage companies do not return the capital invested in them.
  • Illiquidity. Positions may be impossible to sell for many years, if at all.
  • Dilution. Later financing rounds may substantially reduce an early holder's economic interest.
  • Information asymmetry. Private companies are not subject to public-market disclosure standards.
  • Long horizons. A realistic holding period is five to ten years, with no interim liquidity.

3. Forward-looking statements

This website contains statements about intentions, strategies, expectations and future events. Such statements are not facts. They rest on assumptions that may prove incorrect, and actual outcomes may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update forward-looking statements as circumstances change.

4. Figures, performance and illustrative content

Operational figures shown on this website — such as the number of projects screened, sectors covered or typical response times — describe our activity and are self-reported. They are not audited, are not a statement of assets under management, client numbers or returns, and may change without notice.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. We do not publish performance figures on this website. Any performance information supplied privately to eligible investors will be accompanied by its basis of calculation, its period and its limitations.

Images and illustrations are used for design purposes and do not depict actual portfolio companies, transactions, offices or personnel unless expressly stated.

The strategy simulation databoard

The databoard published at capital.vina.trade/kpi/, and embedded on some pages of this website, is a demonstration of our monitoring interface. Spot prices shown on it are retrieved live from a public third-party market data service. Every other figure on it — profit and loss, ROI, order counts, win/loss ratios and annual targets — is generated by a simulation running on a demonstration capital base of US$1,000,000.

Those figures are not actual trading results. They do not represent any real portfolio, account, mandate or client money, they have not been audited or independently verified, and they must not be treated as a track record or as any indication of the results we have achieved or expect to achieve. Simulated performance carries inherent limitations: it is produced with hindsight, it does not reflect real execution, slippage, fees, funding costs or liquidity constraints, and no simulated record can completely account for the effect of financial risk in actual trading.

5. Third-party data, links and logos

Market data displayed on this website, including the price ticker and the live KPI databoard, is supplied by third parties. It may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or inaccurate, and it must not be relied upon for trading or valuation purposes. We do not verify it and accept no responsibility for it.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their accuracy, security or privacy practices.

Third-party names and logos appearing on this website identify technology, custody, audit or research providers whose tooling we use or evaluate, or ecosystems our analysts research. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or any joint offering, and it does not indicate that we hold a position in any related asset. All trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Jurisdictional restrictions

This website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law or regulation, or where we would be required to hold a licence or registration that we do not hold. Persons who access this website are responsible for observing the laws that apply to them.

The materials on this website are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any retail investor in a jurisdiction where the promotion of the activities described would require authorisation.

7. Fraud and impersonation warning

Investment fraud frequently uses the names of legitimate firms. Please note carefully:

  • Our only website is capital.vina.trade.
  • Our only investor e-mail address is capital@vinathis.com.
  • We never guarantee, promise or imply a fixed return of any kind.
  • We never request deposits, transfers or payments through chat applications or social media.
  • We never ask for your private keys, seed phrase, wallet password or one-time codes.
  • We do not operate referral, affiliate or multi-level capital-raising programmes.

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent us who does any of the above, it is a fraud attempt. Do not send funds. Please report it to us and to your local financial regulator or police.

8. Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vina Blockchain Capital, THiG, Vinathis Corporation and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from access to, use of, or reliance on this website or its content, or from any inability to access it.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Questions

If anything on this page is unclear, please write to capital@vinathis.com before acting on any information published here. See also our terms of use and privacy policy.

In one sentence: you can lose everything you invest in digital assets and early-stage companies, nothing here is advice or an offer, and you should take independent professional advice before making any decision.
