The firm

About Vina Blockchain Capital

What is Vina Blockchain Capital?

We are the venture and digital-asset investment arm of THiG — Thi Holding Investment Group, operated by Vinathis Corporation. We back early-stage founders and manage diversified allocations across blockchain infrastructure, digital assets and listed equities, working from Miami, Hamburg and Ho Chi Minh City.

Which sectors do you focus on?

Six: blockchain infrastructure; DeFi and payment rails; metaverse, gaming and NFT utility; HealthTech; EdTech; and green and clean food. Health, education and clean food carry explicit weight in our allocation decisions — see the full framework.

Do you invest outside Vietnam?

Yes. We review proposals globally and hold listed positions across US, EU, Japanese, Australian and Vietnamese markets. Our operational strength is helping teams bridge between Southeast Asia and international markets — in either direction.

Do you publish your holdings or performance?

No. Individual positions and performance figures are disclosed only to eligible investors under separate documentation. What we publish is the framework — allocation sleeves, risk limits, sector focus and the research watchlist. We do not make public performance claims we cannot evidence on request.

For founders

Raising capital from us

What stage do you invest at?

Mostly pre-seed to Series A, with selective follow-on participation for companies that hit their milestones. We also take liquid positions in established networks through our treasury mandate, and hold a long-only sleeve of listed equities.

What is your typical cheque size?

We deliberately do not publish a fixed range. Size depends on stage, jurisdiction, the structure of the round and who else is participating, and it is agreed case by case during diligence. A published range would be wrong more often than it would be useful.

How do I submit a project?

Use the submission form, or e-mail capital@vinathis.com with your company or protocol name in the subject line. Include a one-page summary, a deck, traction data, cap table or token distribution, any audit reports, and a clear statement of what you are raising and why.

How long does a decision take?

A first response typically arrives within three business days. Full diligence usually runs four to eight weeks, followed by one to two weeks for the investment committee and two to four weeks to terms and closing. Incomplete data rooms are the single biggest cause of delay.

Do you sign NDAs?

Every submission is treated as confidential, but we do not sign NDAs before the screening stage — we review too many proposals for that to be workable. Once a project moves into diligence, a mutual confidentiality agreement is straightforward to arrange. Please do not send material you cannot share unprotected.

How involved do you get after investing?

As involved as you want us to be, and never less than monthly KPI reporting. We typically take a board observer seat where we lead, and offer hands-on help with engineering review, hiring, structuring and market entry. We do not run your company.

What will you never invest in?

Anything promising guaranteed or fixed returns; multi-level or referral-driven capital raising; anonymous teams; projects whose only revenue is selling their own token; unaudited contracts handling user funds; copy-paste forks with no differentiation; and any activity requiring a licence the team does not hold. These are not negotiable, however strong the numbers look.

For investors

Participation, custody and safety

Can an individual invest into your fund?

Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to buy any security, digital asset or fund interest. Any participation is subject to jurisdiction-specific eligibility checks, KYC and AML procedures and separate written documentation. Please read the risk disclosure before making an enquiry, and always state your country of residence when you write to us.

How do you custody digital assets?

Hardware and qualified custody by default, multi-signature approval to move assets, and no single point of key failure. Venues, bridges and lenders are underwritten as counterparties with defined exposure ceilings and are monitored like any other position.

How can I verify someone claiming to represent you?

Our only website is capital.vina.trade and our only investor e-mail address is capital@vinathis.com. We never guarantee returns, never request deposits through chat applications or social media, and never ask for private keys or seed phrases. If anyone does any of these things in our name, it is a fraud attempt — please report it to us.

What happens to the personal data I send?

This website is served as static files and stores nothing you type — the contact form composes a message in your own e-mail client. Data you send by e-mail is used only to respond to your enquiry and to meet legal obligations. See the privacy policy for retention periods and your rights.

Is the databoard real trading performance?

No. The databoard is a demonstration of our monitoring interface. Spot prices are pulled live from a public third-party market feed, but every performance figure on it — profit and loss, ROI, order counts and win/loss ratios — is generated by a simulation running on a demonstration capital base. It does not represent any real portfolio, account or client money, it is not investment advice, and it must not be used as a basis for any decision.
