Who we are
An investment team that has shipped products, not just spreadsheets
Vina Blockchain Capital is the digital-asset and venture arm of THiG — Thi Holding Investment Group, operated by Vinathis Corporation. The group builds and runs its own technology platforms, which means our diligence is grounded in the same engineering, compliance and go-to-market problems our founders face.
We invest globally but concentrate where we have an edge: Southeast Asian founders reaching international markets, and international protocols looking for a credible route into Vietnam.

From first e-mail to portfolio company
A four-stage process with clear decision gates. You always know which stage you are in and what happens next.
Receive & review
We accept inbound proposals from anywhere in the world. A first read against our thesis and exclusion list typically takes under three business days.
Measure & verify
On-chain and off-chain data, code and audit review, unit economics, cap table, legal structure and — for protocols — security posture and token design.
Committee & terms
The investment committee votes on a written memo that states the thesis, the risks and the conditions under which we would exit. Terms follow, not precede, that memo.
Support & monitor
Monthly KPI tracking, quarterly reviews and hands-on help with hiring, product and market entry. Positions are re-underwritten, not simply held.

Strategy simulation databoard
A public demonstration of the dashboard our desk uses to monitor positions. Spot prices are live; the strategy metrics beside them are modelled on a demonstration capital base.

Why we do this
As a founder and fund manager, my job is to stay close to the people actually building — to find the opportunities early, to be honest about the risks, and to hold through the parts of the cycle when holding is unpopular. Sustainable growth and disciplined returns are not opposites; over a long enough horizon they are the same thing.

What stage do you invest at?
Mostly pre-seed to Series A, with selective follow-on participation. We occasionally take liquid positions in mature networks through our digital-asset mandate. Cheque size is agreed case by case and depends on stage, jurisdiction and co-investors.
Do you invest outside Vietnam?
Yes. We review proposals globally and hold listed positions across US, EU, Japanese, Australian and Vietnamese markets. Our operational strength is helping teams bridge between Southeast Asia and international markets in either direction.
Can I invest into your fund as an individual?

How long does a decision take?
A first response typically arrives within three business days. Full diligence for a venture investment usually runs four to eight weeks, depending on how complete your data room is.
